In mid-2005, we made a difficult decision and decided to move our business "Back to the Basics". Our business model focuses on understanding our clientele and their goals for using design as a form of credibility in growing their businesses (PDF, 200k). And we have augmented our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) arm through in-depth testing of algorithms and intensive R&D. Results have led to the development of the 'anchor domain' concept, log file click-through scenario and XML support for the Google API. For 2006, we plan on continuing to expand our SEO/SEM model to include a streamlined multi-Phased approach to building a web presense, as well as support to our senior staff in tools and technologies.
